Ha?

Your Brain is 66.67% Female, 33.33% Male

Your brain leans female

You think with your heart, not your head

Sweet and considerate, you are a giver

But you're tough enough not to let anyone take advantage of you!

Carnival

My school had the 45th anniversary carnival last Friday. It was also a fund raising carnival for the tsunami victims. Students were allowed to wear casual wear to school. See how nice the view was! Posted by Hello

African drum performance

My fellow colleagues enrolled an African drum class for the 45th anniversary! 7 lovely ladies performed the wild African drum in front of all the students, parents and principals. Wonderful! I took a short video clip. Those who are interested to have a look of my fellow colleague performance, send me an email!
I was supposed to be one of them but the class didn't fit my schedule, so I didn't go. Now I want to learn it, anybody interested? Posted by Hello

I am the balloon girl today!

I was supposed to be responsible for the matching booth. However there're not enough teachers for the balloon selling booth, so suddenly I was in! Maybe they can see my enterprising ability! I am not the Bond girl material, at least I can be a balloon girl!
My colleague and I were responsible for the balloon booth. We took turn to carry the balloons and walked along different booths to boost up the sales. Luckily we didn't fail my colleagues! We sold out all the balloons!Posted by Hello

Balloon rescue team

Since we are 'chicken hands duck feet'雞手鴨腳, sometimes we let one or two balloons fly away, which meant money, which also meant 'long face' on my principal. Luckily we had our balloon rescue team! They helped us to get the naughty balloons back! Posted by Hello

You are safe, little balloon!

Happy birthday to all of you!

I went to my friend's home for gathering for today is everyone's birthday (The 7th day of LNY is the birthday of human being!) She's such a good hostess that she cooked everything like tofu, mushrooms, a pot of soup and even a pot of desserts for us! Yummy yummy! I love the tofu dish so much that I will cook it myself. Who wants to be the guinea pig?
In return I bought the latest flavor ice-cream (shown in the pic) for all my friends. We were so so so full that we could only several scoops of it.
But I love the guilty pleasure! :P

The incredibles

I watched The Incredibles with my friend. Wonderful! Simply wonderful! I like this family. Modern sample family: Middle-aged father feels like he lives for no purpose; mother worries all the time; daughter who feels like she's not attractive enough; naughty brother who gives 'surprises' to the whole family.
I like it for the story blends some everyday materials with sense of humor. The movie tells kids what they may face when parents' marriage faces ups and downs. There're lot more about the story and if I tell you all here, you won't buy tickets and watch it yourselves! :P
In short, it's alot more than cartoon, way better than those Mickey Mouse and Snow White! Posted by Hello

Fortune teller

Am I someone like this?

Simply beautiful

I went to the Museum of Art and enjoyed the exhibition of French Impressionism. Though the room was a bit dark and a bit stuffy. The masterpieces are simply beautiful so still worth it.
I went to the Louvre once 2 years ago. The place is simply bigger and with more sunlight. Total enjoyment.
You can feel the aura when you go to see the artwork yourselves. Posted by Hello

Lunar New Year

My new year greeting programme was determined by my mom's holiday.
I started this pilgrim yesterday. People came to my house and I went to theirs.
My close aunts of my mother side came to my house yesterday. (Chinese tradition for younger ones to visit the elder ones) I suddenly realized my cousins has grown up! He was a crying baby some years ago and now he's already F5! Another crying baby grows even faster, she is working as an assistant now.
I called it a PILGRIM because I had to go to my aunts of my father side. I don't know why but they moved to YUEN LONG! Let me tell you again, YUEN LONG! I started the pilgrim at 630pm and arrived at 830pm! The environment is nice but......2 hour travel every day really kills me. I prefer to live next to the train station. I quite like the noise of the train to be honest :P
OK, too far away from the pilgrim. I visited one aunt and she has 2 DOGS! MY LIFETIME FEAR! They barked loudly. My aunt and uncle, in order to build up my courage at the age of 27, released them and comforted me that, 'They don't bite, don't worry!' It's a shame for revealing my fear in front of all, unwillingly.
Then we headed for another destination of the pilgrim, aunt no. 2's home. They are rich so they bought a house of three storeys. Nice house and good food but, boring.
I came home at 1am, thank you very much
And I promised myself, I will only visit them once a year.

Roald Dahl

http://www.roalddahl.com
I started reading English books when I studied in the university. Roald Dahl is the very first writers who become my lifetime favorite.
For those who don't know who Roald Dahl is. He was a children story writer. He was born in 1916 and went through World War Two. He was a pilot during World War Two!
The first book I read is 'Boy'. It is about his early life. From his father to the time he worked for Shell in Africa. Though he lost his father at a very young age, he never felt a single moment of loneliness for his mother loved him very much. The book is funny and you can feel the sense of humor about Roald Dahl. I guess it's one of the characteristics of beloved kids.
For those who wanna pamper or water their 'inner kids', Roald Dahl's books is a very good choice. Posted by Hello

Tuesdays with Morrie

This is a book recommended by David. He has recommended this to me for a while. He told me not to cry when I read the book.
I bought it last week, together with 'The five people you meet in heaven'.

A nice book which put you into thinking: What makes you happy?
After reading nearly half of it, I found that it's not sth which keeps you away from sorrow. It's sth you feel happy/satisified/content when you get it. Who want to meet happiness indirectly?

I am still searching for the magic material of happy therapy Posted by Hello
